Model 200M gate valve

The model 200M gate valve is a field-proven gate valve which provides the reliability and interchangeability needed in the competitive market today.

The model 200M is forged body and bonnet, and is available in sizes 1-13/16” through 7-1/16” ( larger sizes available upon request ) in working pressures of 2’000 psi through 20’000 psi.

Features : Bi-directional sealing, upstream and down stream; Patented Magnum “ Sure-Seal “ seat assembly; longer life of critical components.

Model 200 gate valve

The model 200 gate valve is a field-proven gate valve which provides proven reliability and is completely interchangeable with the type FC gate valve.

The model 200 is forged body and bonnet, and is available in sizes 1-13/16” through 7-1/16” ( larger sizes available upon request ) in working pressures of 2’000 psi through 20’000 psi.

These valves can be “manual”, “gear operated” or “actuated”.

Features : Bi-directional sealing, positive metal-to-metal sealing ( gate-to-seat and seat-to-body).

Mud/Slurry/sandy Service Gate Valve

The mud/slurry/sandy service gate valves are specially designed for mud, cement, fracturing and water service.
It is forged bodied and through conduit.

They feature Magnum sealing technology and an added skirt assembly for high and fluctuating pressure and abrasives.

Avalaible in sizes 1-13/16” through 5” ( larger sizes available upon request ) in working pressures of 2’000 psi and a wide range of end connections.

Line pressure Operated SSV

The line pressure operated surface safety gate valves are ideal where control pressure is not available. This system typically consists of a surface safety gate valve, high pressure pilot, low pressure pilot, and a velocity check vavle.

The LPO-SSV’s use line pressure as a control pressure to activate the actuator, resulting in a self-operating system. High and low pressure pilots sense line pressure continuously.

Installed as a secondary master on the tree, on flow lines, header valves, gathering lines, pipelines, and transmission lines, the LPO-SSV is ideal for single point protection.
