MSI QI-1000 COMPACT WELL SERVICE PUMP

The MSI QI-1000 is a 1000 horsepower quitaplex plunger pump. It is suited for acidizing, cementing, gravel packing, coil tubing, frac and well stimulation services. The QI-1000 is currently the highest horsepower rated pump capable of being mounted in a back to back configuration and staying within standard DOT regulation widths. Additionally, at less than 7000 pounds, it is the lightest 1000 horsepower pump on the market.

The MSI QI-1000 is equipped with ON-CENTER CROSSHEAD design which :

- eliminates 6250 ft lbs of torque about the wrist pin ( compare to offset crossheads )
- lowers crosshead bearing pressure by 30 % at start of stroke
- lowers crosshead bearing pressure by 100 % at end of stroke
- allows for installation of pumps back to back within 102”
- reduces friction between crosshead and crosshead guides
- resulting in low operating lube oil temperatures
- resulting in high mechanical efficiency

All the products are manufactured according to the relevant API guidelines.

MSI QI-3000 FRAC PUMP

To answer today’s increasing need for high horsepower frac pumps by the oilfield industry MSI had designed and developed the QI-3000.
The QI-3000 pump is the most powerful frac pump available on the market. It is a quintuplex pump rated 3000 horsepower.
The QI-3000 can pump up to close to 14’000 PSI using 4.50” plungers displacing 138 GPM and it can pump up to 1436 GPM at more than 3200 PSI using 6.5” plungers.
This pump has beed designed for the big frac operations.
Its design makes it as heavy as less powerful pumps from the competition.
