MSI TI-600 WELL SERVICE PUMP

The MSI TI-600 Well Service Pump is a 600 horsepower triplex pump. It is suited for acidizing, cementing, gravel packing, coil tubing and well stimulation, comes with many standard features, but its most important feature is the Dixie Iron Works, Ltd commitment to quality. The MSI TI-600 is equipped with ON-CENTER CROSSHEAD design which :

- Eliminates 6250 ft lbs of torque about the wrist pin (compare to offset crossheads)
- Lowers crosshead bearing pressure by 30% at start of stroke
- Lowers crosshead bearing pressure by 100% at end of stroke
- Allows for installation of pumps back to back within 102”

MSI TI-2500 WELL SERVICE PUMP

The MSI TI-2500 is a 2500 horsepower triplex plunger pump. This pump is designed for the well stimulation (frac) industry. The TI-2500 has higher rod load capability than other Frac pumps in the industry. The higher rod load capability was accomplished by designing larder journal bearings and using higher load carrying roller bearings.
